Production
CHERRY TOMATO
Greenhouse cultivation, above ground, of 14 hectares of Canarian type.
Server has the Jawhra and Twarga varieties for the Round Tomato; Romana for the Long Tomato; Birikino for the Cherry. The plants arrive at the farm in early September for planting at a rate of 24,000 brats per hectare. Harvesting of the first bunches begins in early November.
Pollination is carried out naturally by bumblebees: Bombus terrestris, a selected Mediterranean species. A beehive is placed once a week per hectare between the plants.

TOMATE CERISE
Culture sous serre, conduite en hors sol, de 14 hectares de type canarienne.
Server dispose des variétés Jawhra et Twarga pour les variétés de Tomate Ronde ; Romana pour l’Allongée ; Birikino pour la Cerise. Les plants arrivent à l’exploitation début septembre pour être mis en place à raison de 24000 brats par hectare. La récolte des premiers bouquets débute dans les premiers jours de Novembre.
La pollinisation se fait naturellement par des bourdons : Bombus terrestris, une espèce méditerranéenne sélectionnée. Une ruche est mise en place une fois par semaine et par hectare entre les plants.
